General terms and Conditions of  Sale

 

Article 1 Purpose

The general sales conditions described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Artetplus and its clients in connection with the sale of the goods mentioned on Artetplus website in the "Artshop" section.

Any service performed by Artetplus implies unconditional acceptance by the buyers of the general sales conditions. 

 

Article 2 Product presentation

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the website in the " Artshop " section. Photographs do not enter in the contractual field. Responsibility of Artetplus cannot be engaged if errors occur. All texts and images presented on the Artetplus website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

 

Article 3 Period of validity of sale offers

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. When ordering a product becomes unavailable, the client will be informed of this as soon as possible by email or by post.

 

Article 4 Price

The section " Catalog " of our website indicates prices in euros all taxes included (excluding shipping costs). The VAT amount is specified when selecting the product by the client and the shipping cost will appear on the screen at the end of the selection of different products by the client.

Artetplus reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products ordered are charged at prevailing prices during the registration of the order.

The proposed rates include rebates and discounts that Artetplus would have to grant considering its outcomes or care by the purchaser of certain benefits.

No discount will be given for early payment.

 

Article 5 Orders

The client validates his order when clicking the link " Confirm your order " at the bottom of the " Summary of your order" page after accepting these terms and conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is routinely offered the client to check each of the elements of his order. He can thus correct possible errors pertaining to the order.

Artetplus confirms the order by email; this information shall contain all elements of the order and the client's right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by Artetplus constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. These files are archived by Artetplus within the legal conditions and required times; the client can access this archive by contacting the customer service.

 

Article 6 Payment

Orders may be paid using a check or a credit card.

During the ordering process the client shall be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the total invoice amount, the remainder to be paid after receipt of goods.

 

Article 7 Deadline for withdrawal

The purchaser has a period of 14 days with effet from delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give any reasons nor paying penalties, except, if necessary, return costs. If the fourteen-days period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, a bank holiday or other non working day, it will be extended to the first working day thereafter.

In case of exercise of right of withdrawal, the company returns to the customer all of the sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days following the date when this right was exercised.

 

Article 8 Delay of payment (clause applicable to professionals)

In the event of non-payment total or partial of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the purchaser must pay to Artetplus a delay penalty equal to one and a half (1.5) times the legal rate of interest.

The legal rate of interest selected is that in force at the day of the delivery of the goods.

This penalty is calculated on the amount (exluding taxes) of the remaining sum, and starts running on the expiration date of the price without the need for prior formal notification.

In accordance with Articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any delay in payment will cause, in addition to delay penalty, a lump-sum allowance of 40€ for recovery costs.

Supplemental compensation may be claimed, on cause being shown, if recovery costs incurred exceed the amount of the lump-sum allowance.

 

Article 9 Delivery

All of our products are delivered with no guarantee concerning the delays, except for the deliveries to private customers. The estimated delivery date depends on their adress. This due date shall be 8 days following the date of payment for an adress in metropolitan France and one month after the payment for other destinations.

 

 

Article 10 Customer Service - After-sales Service

For any information, question of complaint, the client can contact the Company's Clients Relations department from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
